We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your product arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and our team will assist you with a replacement or an e-gift card.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Each ZoMi piece is crafted with love and deserves gentle care. Keep it dry, store it in its pouch or box, and avoid perfumes, lotions, or water. Polish gently with a soft cloth to restore its glow. You can read our full ZoMi Care Guide for more tips.
Are your products tarnish-free or waterproof?
Our jewellery is designed with high-quality plating and materials to resist tarnishing when handled with care. However, it’s not waterproof, avoid showering, swimming, or applying products while wearing your ZoMi pieces to maintain their shine.
Can I place a custom or bulk order?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with a clear photo or video of the damaged piece. We’ll review it and offer a replacement or e-gift card within 1–3 business days.
