General Terms & Scope
By purchasing from ZoMi & Co. through our website, social media channels, or pop-up workshops and events, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Permanent Jewelry Policy
Jump Rings & Attachment Standard: Permanent jewelry relies on micro-jump ring closures. Once you leave our counter, studio, or pop-up location, daily wear-and-tear, accidental snags, and physical tension on the piece are the customer’s responsibility.
Jump Ring Repair Resolution: If your jump ring comes off, you are welcome to bring the original chain and charm to our next pop-up event to get it re-attached on-site. Beyond this complimentary in-person re-fitting, we do not offer any cash refunds, partial refunds, or product replacements for detached jump rings.
Custom Conversions ("At Your Own Risk"): Standard jewelry pieces (such as delicate link chains, heavy bracelets, or tennis bracelets) are designed with removable clasps for daily wear and removal. If you request to have a standard piece converted into permanent jewelry, you do so entirely at your own risk. Heavy or rigid styles subjected to constant daily wear, showering, or friction face heightened stress and may snap. ZoMi & Co. will not issue refunds, store credit, or replacements for broken or snapped converted items.
Material Integrity & Anti-Tarnish Guarantee
Stainless Steel Guarantee: We guarantee that our stainless steel base collection is non-tarnish and water-resistant under normal usage conditions.
Non-Stainless & Plated Charms: Certain specialized decorative charms, brass-based elements, or delicate accents are non-stainless.
These items are priced lower to reflect their material composition.
Clear disclosure regarding non-stainless elements will be provided prior to purchase (verbally at events or in item descriptions online). If a non-stainless charm has been disclosed, tarnishing over time is not eligible for claims or replacements.
If an item tarnishes without prior disclosure of its non-stainless nature from our team, you may contact customer support for a resolution.
Wrong, Faulty, or Damaged Items Policy
Reporting Window (48 Hours): If you receive an incorrect, missing, or physically defective item upon delivery, you must report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your package, accompanied by photo or video evidence.
Resolution Process (7 Days): Once reported within 48 hours, our team will process and resolve the issue (via replacement or resolution) within 7 business days.
Return Requirement: To complete a replacement, the faulty or incorrect item must be dispatched and delivered back to us. Replacements will only be issued once the returned package is received and verified by our team
Fraud Prevention & Claims Limitation
Claims regarding defective or incorrect items submitted past the initial 48-hour delivery window will not be accepted.
Intentional physical damage, alteration of original pieces, or excessive force applied to delicate chains voids all replacement claims.
Shipping costs associated with non-defective claims or customer errors remain the responsibility of the buye
